I have had chances to accumulate 5 experience-year of being an Art Director during my 10-year of working in Design Industry.
To my opinion, being well-trained on using Design Tools such as Indesign, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, etc. provides me to turn design concepts into something "real" to add values to my clients' products/services.I do believe any designs which can capture the psychological needs of customers can convince them most. Besides, you need to promote teamwork spirit and management skill to achieve any goals
